1. LICENSE GRANT
Upon account registration and active terminal allocation, NULL Microsystems grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the CALIPER software application and its quantitative backend. This license is tied to your individual account credentials (Nexus Key) and may not be shared, sublicensed, or resold.
2. UPSTREAM DATA & BROKER INTEGRATIONS
CALIPER routes data via OAuth 2.0 and API frameworks to process market feeds from supported brokerages. NULL Microsystems does not control, manage, or guarantee the uptime, execution speed, or continuous availability of third-party brokerage endpoints or upstream market data feeds. System responsiveness may vary based on market conditions and third-party infrastructure stability.
3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT & SYSTEM INTEGRITY
Operators agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, dissemble, or attempt to extract the underlying source code, quantitative formulas, or proprietary algorithms of the CALIPER engine.
- Deploy automated scrapers, headless tools, or unauthorized API scripts against the cloud backend.
- Share active session keys or attempt simultaneous multi-location connections using a single licensed key, which may trigger automated rate limits or security blocks.
4. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
NULL Microsystems reserves the right to modify, adjust, or optimize any analytical lens, algorithmic metric, or system UI module as needed to maintain calculation integrity and technical performance standards.
5. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and your operation of CALIPER shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or action arising out of or in connection with these terms or the software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NULL Microsystems, its developers, or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading capital, or data. In any circumstance where liability is established, NULL Microsystems' cumulative liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to the service in the immediate preceding billing cycle.
7. AGE & ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTION
The CALIPER application is an analytical software utility. Operators must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to establish an account and operate the software.
