1. LICENSE GRANT
Upon successful registration and payment, NULL Microsystems grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the SYNAPSE terminal and quantitative backend. This license is tied to your individual Nexus Key (JWT) and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
2. THIRD-PARTY API DEPENDENCY
SYNAPSE utilizes decentralized local-client fetching to retrieve raw market data from established global financial routing nodes and public exchange aggregators. NULL Microsystems does not own, control, or guarantee the uptime, accuracy, or continuity of these upstream data streams. If a primary data provider alters its infrastructure or experiences an outage, SYNAPSE may experience temporary degradation.
3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the backend `formulas.js` math engine.
- Utilize automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the SYNAPSE backend.
- Share your active Nexus Key. Simultaneous connections from multiple IP addresses using a single key will trigger an automatic and permanent license revocation without refund.
4. MODIFICATION OF SERVICE
NULL Microsystems reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tactical lens, feature, or database metric at any time as the market architecture evolves, without prior notice.
5. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and your use of SYNAPSE shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or related to these terms, the software, or the quantitative engine shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [INSERT YOUR CITY/STATE], India.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NULL Microsystems, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In the event that the absolute liability waiver is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, NULL Microsystems' total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your active SYNAPSE subscription in the preceding billing cycle.
7. AGE RESTRICTION
The SYNAPSE terminal is a professional quantitative tool. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, purchase a license, or operate the software.
