1. THE 14-DAY FREE TRIAL
Because quantitative analysis is highly specific to individual trading styles, NULL Microsystems provides a 14-day free trial (capped at 150 audits per day). This trial exists specifically so you can deploy SYNAPSE in live market conditions, test its compatibility with your workflow, and audit its accuracy *before* committing capital.
2. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
Because we provide a comprehensive free trial to evaluate the software, all subscription payments (including the Founders Tier and standard monthly renewals) are final and non-refundable.
3. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the operator dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Nexus Key will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which the terminal will revert to a locked state. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
